Deakin University's Geelong Waterfront Campus is located on the foreshore of Corio Bay in the central business district of Geelong. Originally built in 1893, the buildings have been extensively renovated to create a modern and impressive campus.
Geelong city is framed by water and has many historical, cultural and natural attractions. It is Victoria's second-largest city, with a population of approximately 250 000 residents. Access from Melbourne by road is a one hour drive along the Princes Highway.
