Conference Dinner

 

The ASERA 2010 Conference Dinner will be held at Shoal Bay Resort and Spa, in the Whitesands Conference Centre, from 7.00 – 10.30pm on Friday 2nd July.

 

Tickets are $95 per person*, and can be purchased when you submit your conference registration. If you have special dietary requirements please indicate this on your registration form.

 

* Students: If you are a first time presenter (at any academic conference) then your conference dinner ticket will be paid for by ASERA. Please indicate on your conference registration that you have never given a paper at any conference anywhere, and provide certification from your supervisor.

 

The dinner will include a 3-course meal and drinks (after 10.00pm you will need to buy your own drinks). Music will be provided.

 

If you are staying in Group B alternative accommodation (ie. Admiral Nelson Motor Inn, Peninsula Nelson Bay, Beaches Serviced Apartments, Leilani Serviced Apartments, Shoal Bay Beach Club Apartments, Casablanca at Little Beach, or Halifax Holiday Park) a shuttle bus will take you to and from the conference dinner. Please be ready to leave your accommodation promptly at 6.45pm at the front entrance. The bus will make return trips to your accommodation at 10.00, 10.30 and 11pm. Otherwise taxis are available (ph 49846699). If you get stranded please ring 0403 474965 and we will try to assist.
