Conference registration includes the Welcome Reception, morning and afternoon teas, and lunches. Registration fees do not include the conference dinner.

Please complete your Registration Form and submit it by fax or post.

Refund policy: If you cancel your registration on or before 15^th June, a refund will be provided, minus a $100 charge for administration. Your refund will be available after the conference. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after 15^th June.

ASERA WELCOME RECEPTION

A cocktail reception will be held in the Promenade Restaurant at Shoal Bay Resort and Spa, on Wednesday 30^th June, from 6-8pm, with drinks and canapés provided. This will include the formal Opening of the conference, at 7.45 pm (unlike past ASERA conferences, the formal Opening will be on Wednesday evening rather than Thursday morning, so breakout sessions will begin first thing on Thursday).

The registration desk is located in the Conference Centre lobby. It will open at 4pm Wednesday and will be staffed throughout the conference. You can pick up your bag, program and name badge there.

Please bring your USB drive to the registration desk: To reduce software problems in your session, please bring your PowerPoint presentation on a USB drive, or laptop, and present it to the IT support staff at the registration desk. They will check it is compatible with the equipment available. (Presentation rooms will have a data projector and a Windows laptop with PowerPoint installed. For other hardware and software needs please bring your own laptop and have it checked at the registration desk.)

Transport to the Welcome Reception: If you are staying at one of the Group B establishments (see Accommodation) a shuttle bus will provide transport to and from the Welcome Reception. Please request this on your registration form. Please wait to be picked up from the front entrance of your establishment at 5.45pm (no later). The shuttle will leave from the front entrance of the resort at 8.10pm to return you to your accommodation. Alternatively, there are taxis available (ph 49846699).
