When you arrive at Newcastle Airport on Wednesday 30th June, there will be an ASERA conference person in the arrivals area to coordinate shuttle buses to Shoal Bay. The fare will be approximately $20, which you can pay on the day. If you are planning to use a shuttle bus please indicate the flight number and arrival time on your conference registration form, as this will allow us to schedule the shuttle trips. (Note: there are taxis at Newcastle Airport but it can cost over $130 for the trip to Shoal Bay.) If you are arriving at the conference on July 1st or 2nd please provide details of your flight number and arrival time on your registration form, so we can arrange transport for you.
Note: shuttle buses will also operate on Saturday 3rd July, to return to Newcastle Airport.
