Non-member $450
Student (Full-time) $300
Day registration $200
Conference dinner $110

Conference registration includes the Welcome Reception, morning and afternoon teas, and lunches.

Refund Policy

If you cancel your registration on or before 1st June, a refund will be provided, minus a $100 charge for administration. Your refund will be available after the conference. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after 15th June, 2012.

ASERA Welcome Reception

Welcome drinks will be held in The Brasserie, Building BR, University of the Sunshine Coast.  This will include the formal Opening of the conference at 5.45 pm (unlike past ASERA conferences, the formal Opening will be on Wednesday evening rather than Thursday morning, so breakout sessions will begin first thing on Thursday).

The registration desk will be located in The Brasserie.

To reduce software problems in your session, please bring your PowerPoint presentation on a USB drive. It will be checked for compatibility with the equipment available. Data projectors and computers will be available in each presentation room. For other hardware and software needs please bring your own laptop and have it checked at the registration desk.
